With the contribution of the MIPAAF pursuant to Ministerial Decree 9375104 of 12/14/2020​
The event began with the greeting of an envoy from the Italian embassy, the director of the museum, the presentation of the project by the director of the consortium, followed by a guided tasting of green and black olives DOP La Bella della Daunia by a table olive expert.
This was followed by a cocktail based on Italian dishes and wines with PDO olives La Bella della Daunia, known as the "Queen of aperitifs", as the protagonist.
The consortium was represented by its director, Dr. Giuseppe Dibisceglia and the expert Dr. Alice Jaschke-Ferreri.
